On Innards represents Amanda Couch second book project with bookRoom, a logical follow up to the epic Reflection on digestion.
On Innards is a multidisciplinary project developed by Amanda Couch, Andrew Hladky, and Mindy Lee, working in collaboration with bookwork artist, designer and ex bookRoom artist in residence Richard Nash. Together they explore the changing conceptualisations of guts and digestion, their impact on the creative process and the role they play in constructing and destabilising our sense of self.
The outcome of this two year project is a limited edition publication individually stamped and numbered, digitally printed and cut, folded, bound and finished by hand.
